. "When Susan Murphy (Reese Witherspoon) is unexpectedly clobbered by a meteor full of outer space gunk, she mysteriously grows to 49-feet-11-inches tall and is instantly labeled a “Monster” named Ginormica. The military jumps into action, and she is captured by General W.R. Monger (Kiefer Sutherland) and held in a secret government compound filled with other “monsters” like herself. This ragtag group consists of the brilliant but insect-headed Dr. Cockroach P.H.D. (Hugh Laurie); the macho half-ape-half-fish The Missing Link (Will Arnett); the gelatinous and indestructible B.O.B. (Seth Rogen); and the 350-foot grub called Insectosaurus. Their confinement time is cut short however, when a mysterious alien robot lands on Earth and the motley crew of Monsters is called into action to save the world from imminent destruction. At Blaze DVDs we are tired of all the confusing lawyer jargon and confusing terms that everyone has for their return policy... So we made it simple...

You have 120 days to return an item for any reason.

If your item is damaged or defective you can return it and we will even give you a prepaid return label.

Simply contact us and we will email you a prepaid return label that you can use to return the item at no cost to you.

You have 120 days from the date of your purchase to begin the return process so you have plenty of time to test out your purchase thoroughly.

Ordered Wrong Item Or Changed Your Mind?

If you ordered the wrong item or want to return the item for any reason you have 120 days to do so. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs but we will pay the original shipping costs in that case.

You can simply send it back to the return address below and once we receive it back we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged during shipment (don't you wish the shipping companies were more careful) just contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will be happy to fix whatever was damaged at our cost.

If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged during shipment.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Don't you wish that everything was made better? So do we! Since everything we sell is brand new and still sealed we have no way to know if an item is defective until you receive it.

If you do happen to receive a defective item simply contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will make it right. If some of the discs are scratched or won't play properly just let us know and we would be happy to send you replacement discs or seasons at our cost.

If your purchase is so defective that you are just sick of it and want to return it for a full refund you are certainly welcome to do that as well.
