Mixed Bag!

Somethings wrong with your e-mail review form, I guess you know! I was at first WOWED by the set of discs in a beautiful bound set, with 2-page visual spreads for most of the movies! BUT, EVERY DISC WAS IN THE WRONG 2-PAGE SLOT and in those incredible thin plastic throwaway "envelopes" most all of which were STUCK inside the slots and had to be forcibly jerked out! Final analysis: a great idea for presentation but horribly screwed up. Also the first DVD I tried to play was "Family Plot" which kept FREEZING had to FF to get on with playing. As I
said, impressive presentation design, but all out of whack! I STILL LOVE ALL THE MOVIES and WILL ENJOY THE TV EPISODES ... but hoping they play smoother than my first choices.

Ordered Wrong Item Or Changed Your Mind?

If you ordered the wrong item or want to return the item for any reason you have 120 days to do so. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs but we will pay the original shipping costs in that case.

You can simply send it back to the return address below and once we receive it back we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged during shipment (don't you wish the shipping companies were more careful) just contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will be happy to fix whatever was damaged at our cost.

If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged during shipment.
