What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Bitcoin, Checks, and Money Orders. Please contact us for further details if paying via Check or Money Order. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is either $4.99 or $9.99 depending on which speed of shipping you choose during checkout. 

When will my purchase be shipped out?

Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of you placing the order. If your order is placed Friday afternoon or Saturday/ Sunday your order will be shipped out on Monday. If it has been a few days since you placed your order and you have not received email confirmation of your shipment please contact us via email, live chat or phone. 

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package. The shipment can then be tracked online at USPS.com.

Where will my order ship from?

All of our items are shipped from our warehouses in the United States. Most of our products ship from Phoenix, Arizona. 

How long has your company been in business?

We have been selling online since 2008. We started Blaze DVDs.com approximately 4 years ago.

Can I trust your company?

We have sold and shipped over 25,000 orders in the last 2 years of business. You can check  all of our product pages for a variety of reviews from our customers about specific products.

Our website and checkout uses 256 bit security which is the same security that all major US banks use for their online banking accounts. 

Will I be charged tax on my order?

You will only be charged sales tax if you are located in Arizona. If you are in any other state we will not add sales tax to your order but please be sure to contact your tax professional to determine what your sales tax liability is for your state.

What do I do if I get my purchase and it is defective?

Don't you wish that everything was made better? So do we! Since everything we sell is brand new and still sealed we have no way to know if an item is defective until you receive it. 

If you do happen to receive a defective item simply contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will make it right. If some of the discs are scratched or won't play properly just let us know and we would be happy to send you replacement discs or seasons at our cost. If your purchase is so defective that you are just sick of it and want to return it for a full refund you are certainly welcome to do that as well.
