WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

All of our items are warehoused and shipped from the United States. Most of our items ship from our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse but we are in the process of adding a warehouse in Iowa as well as Florida so your items might ship from those states as well. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We offer two shipping options during the checkout process. We offer:

Post Office Economy Shipping which normally takes 5-6 days to arrive.

Post Office Priority Shipping which normally takes 3-4 days to arrive. 

If you are located closer to Arizona than your shipping times will be shorter than the above times. If you are located on the East Coast, Alaska, or Hawaii the above shipping times will be almost exact. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We ship all of our items using the Post Office (USPS). If you have a PO Box for your address please enter that as your shipping address.

We have received some requests for Fedex/UPS shipping options but we only use the Post Office at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you are located in Canada or Mexico there is an additional shipping charge to ship to your country. Please see the checkout shipping options to view your options. 

RETURN POLICY

At Blaze DVDs we are tired of all the confusing lawyer jargon that everyone has for their return policy. We always try to make it easy and as simple as possible.

REGULAR RETURNS

For regular returns you have 120 days to change your mind about your purchase and return it for a full refund. The item must still be sealed and be in its original condition.

If your dog ate half of your purchase sorry but we can't accept a half eaten item for a return. 😂

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged during shipment (don't you wish the shipping companies were more careful) just contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will be happy to fix whatever was damaged at our cost. If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged  during shipment. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Don't you wish that everything was made better? So do we! Since everything we sell is brand new and still sealed we have no way to know if an item is defective until you receive it. 

If you do happen to receive a defective item simply contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will make it right. If some of the discs are scratched or won't play properly just let us know and we would be happy to send you replacement discs or seasons at our cost. If your purchase is so defective that you are just sick of it and want to return it for a full refund you are certainly welcome to do that as well.

WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE WITH MY RETURN?

We try to make everything as simple as possible so all we ask is that you include your name and order number inside the return package and why you are returning the item. That makes it easier for our returns department to get your refund issued as soon as possible.

You do not need a return authorization number or anything like that to make a return. See I told you we try to make it as easy as possible. 😊

WHAT IF I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

You can contact us anytime via email, live chat or phone. We are a small family owned business so if you call us and don't get an answer we are probably assisting other customers or not in the office. If you leave us a voicemail we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We also offer live chat which is available from 9 am until Midnight, Monday through Saturday. We don't outsource our customer service so when you chat with us you are chatting with a real person in the USA not a robot or someone overseas. 

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. 


We also do accept checks and money orders but please be aware that the processing time can be considerably longer as the check/money order must clear before your item is sent.
