Order was received but I did not want the animated versions. I wanted the Cinderella movie with live actors. I know it exists because I saw it recently on a cable channel. I am 81 and just lost my wife to brain cancer and Disney World has been our second home since it opened. Per your web site I returned it via UPS and you should receive it by January 6th.

The dvd was great, overall i was very satisfied giving it as a gift will be back for more. Did happen to playit and the commercials though could have been more clear. Before the movie there were advertisements on the other disney movies they were blurry. But overall satisfied Thanks for reawakening my nieces and mine child hood again.

You have 120 days from the date of your purchase to begin the return process so you have plenty of time to test out your purchase thoroughly.

Ordered Wrong Item Or Changed Your Mind?

If you ordered the wrong item or want to return the item for any reason you have 120 days to do so. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs but we will pay the original shipping costs in that case.

You can simply send it back to the return address below and once we receive it back we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged during shipment (don't you wish the shipping companies were more careful) just contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we will be happy to fix whatever was damaged at our cost.

If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged during shipment.
